Made with one of the most emblematic agaves of the Tepeztate Mezcales (25 years for its maturation) and the representative of Guanajuato: Salmiana, which for many is "the most exquisite of the Mezcales". 


  • Appearance: Crystal clear and with excellent body.
  • To the touch: Creamy and moisturizing, similar to the ointment of fresh herbs in the field, brown and reddish fruits.
  • Its aroma: It presents nuances of ripe fruit trees, wild green herbs, and delicate touches of wood, sawdust, resin and pine. In addition, aromas of cooked maguey and a light smoky touch that highlight and demonstrate the correct cooking and fermentation process.
  • On the palate: The distinguished wild intensity of the mezcals is perceived, intense flavors and with fresh herbal explosions and with notes of cinnamon, jalapeño, citrus fruits, distinctive black pepper from the magueyes used “Salmiana and Tepeztate”.
  • A silky texture, soft when passing through the throat.
  • An earthy aftertaste that highlights the heritage of flavors and aromas that reiterate those previously described. With a complementary touch of yellow rind fruits, highlighting once again the meticulous care of its distillation.
